About Us
Open Doors Education partners with school systems, educators, student teams, and families to design and implement inclusive, future-focused educational practices. Through consulting, coaching, professional development, and advocacy, we help align systems and structures so that support for students is coordinated, effective, and sustainable.
Our work focuses on strengthening collaboration among district leaders, educators, student support teams, and families so that every student has meaningful access to learning, participation in inclusive environments, and the opportunity to succeed. By connecting strategy, instructional practice, and student-centered planning, Open Doors Education helps schools build systems where equitable outcomes are not just goals, but everyday practice.
